2. Bible Interpretation Seminar in Kampong Chhnang:
On March 8, we organized a Bible Interpretation Seminar in collaboration with the Bible Center. This seminar aimed to equip pastors and church leaders with essential skills for interpreting the Bible effectively. We are thankful to God for the overwhelming response, with 27 pastors and church leaders attending the seminar.
Participants expressed their feelings during the seminar. Many shared that prior to this event, they faced challenges in interpreting the Bible accurately. However, through the guidance provided in the seminar, they felt equipped and confident in preparing lessons and sermons for preaching.
We rejoice and praise the Lord in witnessing the positive impact of this seminar on our attendees.
3. New Staff training in Battambang:
On March 20-21, we conducted the New Staff Training in Battambang.
This training aimed to onboard and equip our new staff members with the mission and vision and knowledge to excel in their roles within CCI ministry.
The training focused on 5 best practices for effective ministry. In these two days, we emphasized the first two best practices:
Best Practice #1:
Team Development – helping staff to develop a team to effectively implement a strategy and fulfill the mission and vision of ministries.
Through interactive sessions and team-building activities, we emphasized the value of communication, trust, and mutual support among team members.
Best Practice #2:
Ministry Expansion - As we continue to grow and expand our ministry, it is essential to equip our staff with the tools and strategies needed for effective outreach and impact. During the training, we explored innovative approaches to ministry expansion. What can we do to expand the ministry? Are there things we need to do, or do we just trust God to expand the ministry?
I am thankful to Jesus for His presence and guidance throughout the training program. His blessings have enabled us to equip our staff members with the skills and knowledge they need to fulfill our organization's mission effectively.
