Starfish Partnerships

In April, I facilitated a virtual Strategic Plan check-in Board Training & Retreat for the Bradford, PA Chamber of Commerce. This is the last year of their current Strategic Plan, the board and staff were all together and I was virtual via zoom. I covered our Roadmap for Board Excellence Training, Heidi Scrivo, President & CEO, reviewed the current plan accomplishments and events and then we had great board discussion around the remaining pieces of the plan to finish strong in 2024. This worked out great and here’s what Heidi had to say “Teri, thank you so much. You did such a great job. You provided a wealth of information in a manner that kept things fresh. My board members really enjoyed the experience and my new staff member learned so much. I think the virtual platform worked great.” Also – don’t forget about the All Things Chamber Program available to you and your staff. You can find out more about the program here. If you want to chat about your next retreat or have questions, reach out to me at teri@starfishpartnerships.com.
