Updated with the most recent HOTMA guidance, this course is essential training for front-line staff, managers, and owners of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing. The Workplace Safety Certificate will provide students a general understanding of safe work practices to implement at their projects. There is no certification test at the conclusion of the training course, but if you successfully attend the full course, you will earn a certificate reflecting eight hours of safety training from SFI Compliance.
