Transitions Update From Your Vestry at COHS
| |
Members of your Vestry from L to R:
Eric Hunt, Mo Higgins, Bill Kerwin, Emily Knorr, Rick Alderfer, Kirk Walters, Al Stevens, Kathy Clipp, Susan Fisher, Brian Ray
| |
Dear COHS Family,
We are grateful for the uplifting preaching and presiding of Rev. Dr. Christian Brocato this past Sunday, and for his reminder that we are surrounded by individuals who carry on the work of the Good Shepherd in the ways they lead, guide, and care for us. Thank you also to the children’s choir and to their parents and families for the ways they blessed our worship this week.
As we move closer to welcoming a new rector, it seems a good time to thank one of our most faithful shepherds, who has led us through nearly a year of transition. Our Rector’s Warden, Kirk Walters, has kept us moving forward with his countless hours of hard work and sincere dedication to our church community. Thank you, Kirk!
Let us all continue to pray for our search committee and rector candidates, our church staff and lay leaders, and one another.
With Faith and Love,
Emily Knorr
Vestry Member
