Hello Families and Friends,

The first three weeks of school have been packed with events, including the Hopes and Dreams Conferences, New Family Social, Middle School Orientation, Back to School Bash, and Back to School Night. These activities have been a wonderful start to the school year, filled with fun, new friendships, and valuable information.

If you missed any of these events or have questions, please feel free to contact us. We know there has been a lot to absorb.

We want to extend a special thanks to our Board of Trustees President, Sean Frost (Emma Kate-1st), and Board of Trustees Vice President, Bridget Elmer ’91 (Mina-3rd, Henry-1st), for their participation in Back to School Night.

If you didn’t get a chance to read the Back to School flier provided by the school, please take a moment to review it. It includes important information about upcoming events and ways you can help us grow, and support the Alpha Generation.

One of our favorite Beyond the Book traditions started this week: Book Buddies. Our core competency this month is Communicators. Our Book Buddies enjoyed getting to know one another more and were excited for the time together!

Our group photo above is from today's first All-School Assembly. Our 8th-grade students led the school song, we welcomed our new faculty, and took time to review our school expectations. It was a wonderful way to end our week. We look forward to getting together with families and friends for future class assemblies!

Sincerely,

Lyn Rantz, Ed.D. P'19, P'21

From our 2024-2025 Annual Fund Co-Chairs

Our yearly Annual Fund campaign aims to bridge the gap between tuition and operating expenses to support important initiatives, including providing enhanced academic programs, Beyond-the-Book activities, and financial aid and scholarships. The goal of 100% participation among parents is important to outside donors when they choose whether to support the school. We understand that every family’s financial situation is unique, and we deeply appreciate any level of support you can provide. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference.

To make a donation, please scan the QR code, visit our website at topekacollegiate.org, or contact Topeka Collegiate’s Director of Development, Barbara Gannaway, at bgannaway@topekacollegiate.org or 785-228-0490 ext. 2130. Additionally, many companies offer matching gift programs, which can double or even triple the impact of your gift.

We are so excited to see what this year will have in store for the growth of our child and yours. Please join us in helping to provide an extraordinary educational opportunity that prepares our kids for a successful future. Your generosity and support are truly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Tony and Sarah Towle (Oliver-2nd)
