The Town of Rolesville wants to recognize the sacrifice that members of our community and their families have made by serving in the United States Armed Forces. To honor that service, we have created a Memorial Day remembrance event called the Memorial Mile. This event will celebrate and remember those brave men and women who served our country during their life.

Memorial Signs will be made to display along Main Street starting at Town Hall on Memorial Day. Join us for a flag ceremony and a walk of remembrance.

Parker Ridge Blasting

The Parker Ridge development project located on Redford Place Drive generally behind the Food Lion shopping center and Rolesville Elementary is beginning the blasting phase. Although every resident may not be affected, we are informing the community so that everyone will be aware. Seismographs will be used to measure ground vibration and air blast levels.

Blasting may occur Mon-Fri only, between 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.

The times might be adjusted due to inclement weather. Before each blast a siren or air horn will sound, and no blasting will be conducted on weekends or State/Federal holidays. If you have any questions, please contact the blasting company at cdbquestions@civilblasting.com

Let's Dance!

Join us at Mill Bridge Nature Park Amphitheatre for our Spring Concert Series on June 1 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm!

Local Hero's Band will be performing. The musicians in the Local Hero's have been playing separately for years. Good fortune and fate has brought these musicians together in Raleigh, NC. As North Carolina came out of COVID 19, these musicians bonded over their shared passions for sound, rhythm, and beats. Each member brings a unique musical aesthetic to the band and the band as a whole brings a melodic sound that inspires an enthusiastic crowd response.

The concert is FREE but don't forget to bring money so you can get some delicious food/drinks from local vendors SOO Jamaican Cuisine, Jay's Italian Ice, Prima Cafe Co, and Koi Pond Brewing! We encourage everyone to carpool with friends and family or use the Greenways to walk. Don't forget to reserve a parking pass online to ensure you will have a parking spot!
