Car Tag Clarification

Your Car Tag number is used only for student pick up only.

Your students lunch pin is not your car tag number.

Please contact your students homeroom teacher to obtain your students lunch pin number.

Items listed are uniform Approved. All other items on website are for gym and spirit days.

Junior High Program- EDGE!

St. Charles Jr. High Edge will kickoff for the school year on Wednesday, Sept. 4th. All students in grades 6-8 are welcome to join. Parents must register their child and the permission form will be kept on file for all events this school year and summer. On Edge Wednesdays, students will report directly to the youth room after dismissal. Pick-up will then be at 4:30 at the Walsh Hall entrance. The youth room is on the ground floor, across from the music and art rooms.

Students MUST be registered in advance so that our youth minister, Kelly Summers, can give a list to the office in the mornings so that those students are accounted for at dismissal time.

Attention Parents of 8th graders!

An email concerning the 8th grade Confirmation program was sent home in July. This email included a link to a survey that must be returned to the Faith Formation Office so that we know your child will be participating in the Confirmation Preparation program this coming year. If you have an 8th grader and have not received the survey link, please contact Erin Fanning in the Faith Formation Office (937 434-9272) or email at efanning@stcharles-kettering.org. 

A reminder: there will be Confirmation Info meetings on Wednesday, September 4 and Thursday, September 5 at 7:00 pm in the Day Chapel at St. Charles church. Please plan to attend one of these meetings with your 8th grader for info about the Confirmation Prep program.

An email about the First Communion program went out in July. Included in the email was a link to a survey that must be returned to the Faith Formation Office so that we know your child will be preparing to receive First Communion this coming year. If you did not receive the link and are interested in having your child prepare for First Communion this year at St. Charles, please contact the Faith Formation Office at 937 434-9272 or efanning@stcharles-kettering.org
