IMPORTANT: The new software requires that all documents (driver's license and car registration) uploaded and permits required are manually checked, verified, and approved by customer service representative before activation. All items will show as "under review" until verification is completed, and then you will be notified that your request has been processed or other information is needed.
TIPS FROM SOME NEIGHBORS:
- You may need to set up a new RPP account. Your account from last year may not work. Everyone will need to create a new password.
- Neighbors have found that system is extremely slow to upload documents. Be prepared to be patient for the upload to finish.
- The same documents have to be uploaded a second time if you want a visitor's permit.
- Sometimes if the system doesn't let you checkout and you need to close and reopen the file to be able to check-out.
Contact the City Parking Authority, email or call 443-573-2800 and then press 3 for RPP if you are having any problems or questions or need help.
Please let Nancy Lee LaMotte, TCNA board member and TCNA representative to the RPP, know if you had problems with the new RPP website and system. She will let the Parking Authority and Councilwoman Ramos know all the specific and general problems that TCNA neighbors have experienced using the new system and ways to improve the system.
TCNA is one of the first neighborhoods to use the new RPP renewal system. Your input and ideas will be extremely helpful and useful for other neighborhoods. Hopefully by next year, the system will be easier to use for everyone in Baltimore.
