VANDALISM - Cash Reward Offered (remain anonymous)


Skatepark Water Fountain - This brand new fountain installed less than 2 weeks ago has been vandalized and will need to be replaced. We are reviewing camera footage and working with PCSO. We are offering a $300 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person/people responsible.


Irrigation Timers - Our new irrigation timers at the main park have been vandalized and will need to be replaced as well. We are offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person/people responsible.

Virtual Homeowner Orientation Coming September 11, 2024!



We are excited to share that our virtual Homeowner Orientation will be available September 11th.


This will be a great way to learn about all things Red rock Village including common violations and how to rent amenities. There will be many other topics in the orientation as well.

Pool Furniture Replacement and Shower Repairs

We have begin to replace the pool chairs and loungers. These pieces are being replaced by the manufacturer at NO COST to the association. Thank you for your patience during this process.


The pool deck showers are currently out of order. Repairs have been scheduled and should be completed soon.

Need an Access Key?

If you are in need of a pool key, please fill out the Pool Key Form and send it to dperez@ccmcnet.com You can pick up your key from a lifeguard during lifeguard hours. (See the Summer calendar above for hours)

  1. New Homeowners: you will receive one complimentary key per household.
  2. Current Owner Key Replacement: there will be a $45 fee billed to your ledger.

Exterior Paint Notices

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! You may have received a notice requesting that your home exterior paint be updated. We appreciate your compliance and please email Daniel, your community manager with any questions on specifics. We have provided several links below with information.


*Please note that approval must be given prior to using any colors that are not the original colors of your home. Original colors that have a different name must also be approved. Owners must submit info on the old paint name and the name of the new one that will take its place. Also, colors may not be mixed and matched between color pallets. A selected color pallet must be painted according to that pallet with no substitutions.

Trash Cans

Please make sure to remove rash cans from the curb after your trash is picked up on trash days. All trash cans should be stored in your garage or back yard and may not be visible from the streets. Doing this Wednesday evenings will help you avoid violations. 

Weed Removal

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! If you notice weeds in your front or side yard, please remove them as soon as possible, to avoid violations.

Old Red Rock Crew

This Weeks Focus & General Weekly Maintenance:

Old Red Rock Crew

  • Clean up any dead material in trees and shrubs
  • Police trash and debris from the holiday weekend
  • Hand water baseball fields at community park if needed
  • Clean up prickly pear cactus where needed (this will be ongoing until the crew has cycled through most of the property)


New Red Rock Crew

  • Remove weeds, particularly along marketing corridor to ensure it stays pristine
  • Keep trees in marketing corridor free of suckers and re-stake trees as needed
  • Keep trees, shrubs, and ground cover throughout marketing corridor pruned off of curbs, sidewalks, and roads


Key Maintenance Tasks For All Cycles

  • Weed removal (weeds under 3 inches are pulled, weeds over 3 inches are sprayed)
  • Removing desert broom wherever encountered as it spreads quickly
  • Blowing off debris
  • Cleaning up inside basins
  • Lightly pruning trees for clearance, shape, and to remove suckers
  • Shaping shrubs where needed
  • Turf care (mowing, weed removal, any necessary fertilization or watering adjustments)
