More Than Two Blocks Artwalk

Congratulations to our Vice President Laura Kudritzki who curated the large art event with Mid Market Community Benefit District Executive Director Tracy Everwine on September 21 and 22nd.


It was the 11th year and there were over to participating venues including theaters and art galleries on Market St! It was a great event with amazing ART,MUSIC and DANCE!




Included was Fashion Designer and Couturiere, Melody Sabatasso, whose clients included Elvis Presley and Cher. She is standing next to the dress she designed for Cher.

It was amazing seeing the mediums the artists used to create their art!

Town Hall Meeting

A meeting of business owners in the South of Market with city politicians. We have invited our district supervisor, DA, Chief of Police, and DPW to be on the panel. We want to hear about the issues in SOMA that affect you and suggestions on how to alleviate the conditions in the neighborhood.

Sunday Streets SF 2024 Season Updates

 

The Sunday Streets 2024 season has been modified to meet ongoing community requests for smaller event footprints. We hope to use this opportunity to expand capacity and fundraising efforts to continue delivering big, beautiful 1+ mile open street routes in years to come.

Sunday Streets will be running community block parties, 1-4 blocks in length, including in SoMa.
