HOA Payments

With the understanding that there has been some confusion during the transition between management companies, the Firethorne HOA Board has approved an extension to sign up for the payment plan. At this time, it is best to pay your account balance in full, however a payment plan option is still available for sign up until October 15, 2024. The balance must be fully paid off by December 31, 2024

We encourage everyone to log onto their TownSq account to ensure they have paid their 2024 assessment fees. If you believe your balance is incorrect, please reach out to the HOA management office at 281-693-0003

If your account is already with the attorney's office all payments, payment plans and questions regarding your account should be discussed with Barsalou & Associates.

Reporting an Issue

If you see a streetlight out, report it directly to CenterPoint based on the address. Do you see a broken curb, missing or damaged sign, pothole or traffic light issue? These things and more can be reported directly to Fort Bend County.

To report any suspicious activity, call the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office Non-Emergency number:

281-341-4665

Contacting law enforcement directly is more efficient in those situations rather than posting on social media, TownSq or reaching out to the HOA.

School Zones

Please remember, there are two school zones within Firethorne. Use caution when driving in Firethorne especially around the elementary schools, bus stops and playgrounds.

DO NOT park in areas labeled as "No Parking Zone".

Be sure to register for townSq.

Once you join townSq you will have access to community documents, send requests, submit a modification application, view and pay your bills as well as stay up to date on news and events happening in your neighborhood. You will need your new Associa account number to sign up, please contact management at

281-693-0003 if you need your number.

EZEE Fiber

As you may already be aware, EZEE Fiber is laying fiber lines throughout Firethorne, this is not the HOA, MUD or County. The company has the right to dig in the utility easement right of way. If/when they reach your home it has been suggested that you take pictures before and after to document any damage that may occur.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact EZEE Fiber at 346-644-3788, Alex Rodriguez at 713-589-4943 or Construction@ezeefiber.com

Community Reminders

  • Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts and the Sports Fields are first come/first serve for Firethorne residents and their guests. PLEASE NOTE: If/when there is a reservation system in place, a communitywide email blast will be sent out.

  • If you are riding your bike or scooter, please share the sidewalks and yield to pedestrians.

  • Yield to pedestrians in crosswalks. Please stay alert and free of distractions while driving.

  • The Deed Restriction Drive Team can sometimes make mistakes, but we have been seeing improvements. If you ever have a question about a violation, please contact the Management Office at 281-693-0003.

  • If your fence was damaged during the storm, it should have been repaired or replaced by now. Please submit a modification application prior to replacing your fence.

  • Please do not share key fobs with non-residents. You are allowed to bring 3 guests per household, but the homeowner must be present.

  • Rules are posted for all amenities as well as on our website, please review all the rules before using the amenities.

  • Make sure when you put your regular trash out at the curb is in the trash can or bagged up securely to avoid trash blowing around the street.

  • Please trim trees that are hanging low over any sidewalks.

  • Park in your garage and/or driveway when possible so it is easier and safer to drive down the street.

  • You may not operate a business out of your home if it is apparent or detectable by sight, sound or smell.

  • Remember that many houses are very close to each other. Keep your neighbors in mind when you are in your yard and be mindful of your noise level especially late at night.
