April and Al are grateful that Cuyahoga Valley National Park is in their backyard and take every opportunity to experience it.
They love being active - when they aren’t trail running, you can find them on a soccer or rugby field or on an American Ninja Warrior obstacle course!

This week will be the Bluebells Run. We will meet at Everett Road Bridge and head over to see the bluebells then finish our run running the lower section of Riding Run and connecting to Perkins.
Parking may be tight – if you are up for extra miles, Szalays is a short 0.75 mile run to the trailhead.
Please take all the pictures but stay off the flowers.
