IPUL's E-News for April 19, 2024

Here are the highlights of our upcoming events and recent activity online. Not everything is included due to timeliness.

If an advertised event already took place, we've left it off.

Remembering Sue Chew

Sue Chew

All of us are sending our most sincere sympathies to Representative Sue Chew's family and friends. Rep. Chew was a champion for families of children with disabilities in Idaho. It didn't seem to matter if there was a large event during an evening or a Saturday supporting human rights and civil rights or if it was a small meeting on a weekday afternoon discussing policies impacting people with disabilities, Rep. Sue Chew was there. We talk a lot about how important advocacy is and how to reach out to our legislators - Rep. Chew reached out to us. She asked about the issues. She asked how to help. She will be missed. Full Story here and here

Walk for Autism Acceptance

We encourage you to come and join us for entertainment, activities for children and families, and more! This is an important activity for the Autism Society of Idaho as we work to meet our goal to support, educate, and advocate for all people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, a neurological disorder affecting many families throughout Idaho.

Please help us support the ASD community by raising funds for education, resources, events, activities, grants and so much more!
