Changes for ITIN Applicants

Starting April 1, our ITIN application processing fee increased to $70 from $40. Also starting April 1, ITIN applicants can now open a checking account and receive a debit card at the initial account opening.

Keep your Debit/ATM card Secure

Just a friendly reminder, you have access to manage your card from the online portal. Here's how:

  • Click on your Checking Account button
  • Find and Click on Card Management in the list, you will be able to see your card
  • From there, you can temporarily block your card by using the On/Off switch
  • You can also report your card as Lost or Stolen. Please keep in mind that if you report your card as Lost/Stolen, this will permanently block your card
  • Please do not click on Reorder card unless you wish to receive a card replacement for the same card you are using with the same numbers but different expiration date

Survey from Equity Agenda NYC

Have you ever used an app like EarnIn, DailyPay or Brigit? Known as Earned Wage Access (EWA), these companies claim to give people access to their wages before payday. In reality, they make loans, often with exorbitant interest and fees. If you have used one of these apps, we want to hear from you! Please fill out this survey to share your experience. Your story will help educate lawmakers on the need to root out predatory lending that disproportionately harms workers and communities of color.
