SUMMER IS HERE

Incorporating neutrals and natural elements into your Summer home design creates a serene and inviting retreat that embraces the beauty of the season. Neutral tones, such as soft whites, sandy beiges, and gentle grays, or soft blues form a calming backdrop that enhances the airy, open feel of a Summer home.

Think woven jute rugs, linen drapes, and rattan furniture that add warmth and texture, creating a harmonious balance between simplicity and sophistication.

Summer home design is about creating a peaceful, inviting sanctuary that feels connected to the natural beauty surrounding it. By thoughtfully blending soft tones with organic textures, patterns, and sustainable materials, you can craft a space that is both stylish and serene. Whether you’re updating your existing home or designing a new one, these principles will help you achieve a timeless and elegant Summer retreat that you’ll enjoy for years to come. I encourage all my clients to not be too safe with neutrals. Pop a soft or bold color to layer in a little personality.

Abstract Art can add some flair to your space. Read below to find out how!

Designed by Kat Nelson Designs

As an interior designer, I’m always on the lookout for fresh, dynamic elements that can elevate a space. This season, abstract art is making a bold statement in the world of interior design. Its vibrant colors, fluid forms, and emotive expressions are perfect for adding a modern, sophisticated touch to any room.

One of the greatest advantages of abstract art is its versatility. It complements a wide range of interior styles, from minimalist and contemporary to eclectic and traditional. A large, striking piece can serve as the focal point in a minimalist living room, providing a pop of color and intrigue.

BOHEMIAN CHIC

Transforming spaces into soulful sanctuaries, our latest design project epitomizes the essence of Bohemian Chic.

The layout of this Bohemian Chic space is designed to encourage a sense of openness and fluidity. We have created cozy nooks for relaxation and reading, open areas for socializing and entertaining, and intimate dining spaces that invite gatherings and conversations. The goal is to ensure that every corner of the space feels inviting and lived-in, with an effortless, unstructured charm.

Natural elements, such as lush greenery and woven accents, blend seamlessly with the carefully curated décor, crafting a space that is both effortlessly stylish and profoundly personal.
