Greetings!
Do not forget! Tomorrow is the Shredding Event at Redeemer from 9 am to 12 pm. All donations will go towards “Rise Against Hunger.” The truck will be in our parking lot.
And Pastor Josh and Heather will be with us for two more Sundays before they leave for a new call. On Sunday, March 24, the council will host a special Coffee Hour in between our services so that you can greet them. After the 11 am service there will be a lunch reception in Fellowship Hall. It is another opportunity to wish them well in their new call and as they expect the arrival of their first child. If you plan to attend the lunch reception then please use this link so we know how many people to expect.

Please know that our council is in conversation with Pastor Kessinger to determine the best path forward for our congregation. We will think creatively on how to staff our ministry team.
Sunday, March 17 – Fifth Sunday in Lent
This Lenten season we have heard about the five different covenants God made that are recorded in the Old Testament. Sunday we will hear the fifth and final one before the start of Holy Week. Come and worship with us at 8:30 am, 9:45 am, or 11 am. Worship is the work of the people so please consider assisting in any of our services. This Sunday we need a reader and assisting minister at the 9:45 am service and a reader and acolyte at the 11 am service. Thank you to all who help on Sunday mornings!

Easter Flowers and LWR
In preparation for Easter Sunday, please consider a financial donation as we adorn our worship space with flowers. The requested donation for plants and flowers is $25. You can also make a separate donation to Lutheran World Relief. Checks are to be made out to “Redeemer Lutheran Church” with the memo “Easter Flowers” and/or “LWR.” The deadline for donations is March 24.
You can also go to the home page of our website and click on “Easter Flowers” to download the form. To give online, go to our website and using the menu item named “More” you just need to click on “Giving.” All financial donations are appreciated!
Educational Opportunities on Sunday at 9:45 am
Faith Formation, Confirmation, High School, and Table Talk are all in session this Sunday.
Lenten Service on Wednesday – March 20
