On March 19, Business II and Honors Culinary students held the first annual Small Business Social in the RB Library! Students asked questions to a panel of seven business professionals in or around the Riverside-Brookfield area. Discussion topics included overcoming obstacles faced with running a business, how each business ran during the pandemic, determining a target market, advice for anyone who plans on starting a business, and much more.
After the discussion panel, culinary students hosted a luncheon for the panelists and the business students. Culinary students prepared and served lunch for the guests, which included several pasta dishes, lemon chicken, garlic bread, salad, and two desserts to choose from.
