🎤Seneca Trails Subdivision🫶
As some residents are aware, there is a new subdivision being built in Leon Valley off Seneca Drive (near The Ridge at Leon Valley Park) and, as with any new development, there are lots of construction trucks, 18-wheelers, and heavy construction equipment going to and from the site. The project manager is doing his best to keep the dust and debris to a minimum by street sweeping, watering the site, and directing the vehicles and equipment to use Grass Hill Drive as much as possible, but some of the trucks, especially trucks coming off the Bandera Road flyover, will be using Seneca Drive, then William Rancher, and finally Grass Hill to get to the site.
This is the first phase of the project, with about 24 acres of land, but the total acreage being developed is approximately 60 acres of land, so we expect the construction to continue for quite some time.
Please contact Melinda Moritz or David Dimaline at Public Works, (210) 681-1232, or by email at m.moritz@leonvalleytexas.gov and d.dimaline@leonvalleytexas.gov, to report any concerns you might have while this project is developed. We appreciate your patience as they work to construct this new neighborhood!
