Weekly Newsletter 06/14/2024

Dear Parents,

With the exception of the rain, our campers had a WONDERFUL first week of camp. Our kids in our Early Childhood Center ages 1-4 had a blast beginning our Frog Street Curriculum. Many of them also enjoyed making Father's Day gifts for that important person in their life.

Our Elementary campers began their Summer Science Stem program and participated in many great experiments with their teachers. Please be sure to read the teacher's weekly letter for all the details.

Our campers have done a really great job adjusting to their new classes and routines. Thank you to the families in Orange, Brown, and Purple who dropped off at the playground from 7:45-8:30, the classroom from 8:30-9:00, and those arriving after 9:00 who got dropped off at the front door.

Because of the heat, we are permitting the school T-Shirt all 5 days of the week instead of the polo and we have reduced the playground time to twice a day for 30 minutes. We are also doing our best to keep the kids hydrated. We ask that our kids in kindergarten through third grade be sure to bring a water bottle to school. All other students will be given cups to get water from the dispensers. Please remember to only bring the school bag with the school blanket and pillow and changes of clothing in a zip lock bag. PLEASE put your child's name in ALL jackets and clothing so we can get them to you if they get lost.

Please also remember to leave all toys and food at home. We have plenty of toys here, and our food is delicious.

If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to serve you.

Finally, a special warm welcome to all our new families and Father's Day wishes to all who will be celebrating this weekend.

Have a great weekend!
