We invite you to this year's Together for Life Fundraising Banquet to celebrate the incredible work being done by this life affirming ministry! Join hundreds of Friends of Vida at Hilton Appleton Paper Valley at 5 p.m. for a prayer service, followed by our annual banquet at 6:30 p.m. A generous donor stepped forward to cover the cost of every head pastor's ticket in thanksgiving for their service to this united Christian ministry. Prayer Service - 5:00 p.m.
Bishop David Ricken, from the Diocese of Green Bay, will offer this year's spiritual reflection. Bishop Ricken is a member of the Bishops' Advisory Council for the Institute for Priestly Formation and the Catholic Mutual Relief Society. Bishop Ricken also serves on Relevant Radio's Board of Directors.
Our Together for Life Prayer Service is a wonderful opportunity for pastors to gather, pray, and offer thanksgiving for the opportunity to serve alongside one another in this life affirming ministry. All clergy will be welcome to step forward at the end of the service to pray over staff members, and for the men, women, and children being served by this ministry. Last year's attendees had this to say, "I truly felt the presence of the Holy Spirit as I was prayed over..." and, "I was moved to tears by the power of God I felt during the prayer service."

Dinner and Banquet - 6:30 p.m.
Our keynote speaker will be Dr. David C. Forbes, Founder and Pastor of Columbus Christian Center Church and Ever-Increasing Life Ministries. Dr. Forbes's authenticity, wisdom, candor, and practicality are unashamedly Christian, unreservedly life-affirming, and undeniably inspirational in this mission field. Vida staff members had the great pleasure of hearing him speak at last year's Heartbeat International Conference and are excited to
welcome Dr. Forbes to Appleton.

2023 Impact Report

From December 1, 2023 - February 28, 2024, we received a combined total of $32,332 in financial gifts from the following Church Partners: Active Living Ministries, All Saints Presbyterian Church, Appleton Alliance Church, Breakthrough Covenant Church, Christ the Rock Community Church, Christian Mothers and Ladies Sodality Holy Family Parish, Congregation of St. Therese, Cornerstone Church, Fox Valley Church, Grace Christian Fellowship, Hope Community Church, Journey Community Church, Life Bridge Christian Church, Lutheran Women in Mission Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Peace Evangelical and Reformed Church, Prince of Peace Church, Sacred Heart Parish, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, St. John Nepomucene Parish, St. Nicholas Catholic Church, St. Pius X Catholic Church, and Trinity Lutheran Congregation, and Valley Baptist Church.

In January, The Services and Justice Commission of St. Thomas Moore came for a tour of Vida.

Active Living Ministries gave a donation and hosted a Vida speaker in February.

In February, Hope Community Church in Shawano stopped by for a tour of Vida and presented a donation.

In February, St. Pius X Catholic Church's youth group volunteered at Vida.

From December 1, 2023 - February 28, 2024, we received a combined total of $28,000 worth of in-kind donations from the following Church Partners: Christ the Rock Community Church, Community Bible Church, Faith Lutheran Church, Holy Family Parish Brillion, Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, St. Edward Catholic Church, St. John Nepomucene Parish, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Seymour, St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Mary's and St. John's Catholic Church, St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish, St. Nicholas Catholic Church, St. Paul Catholic Church, and St. Pius X Catholic Church.

Plan out your involvement and service at Vida with the 2024 engagement sign-up form. Visit the Friends of Vida engagement page to review volunteer, donation drive, meal train, and more opportunities where you can donate your time and talent to Vida. This is a great opportunity for youth groups, churches, moms group, families, and others to get Vida engagement opportunities on your calendar for this year.

Work at Vida
We are currently looking for women to be live-in interns at Trinity for a year and be the everyday support for the moms and children living there. Visit our career page to learn more.

Pastors Wanted! Pray at Vida.
Church leaders are invited to come to Vida for a lunch-hour visit to pray with our staff and volunteers. Spiritual encouragement and prayer is essential to our ministry and work.

Donate to Vida
Make a one-time, or recurring, financial gift to Vida. We also keep an updated materials needs list on our website if interested in hosting a drive for Vida. As a nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of donors to support our mission.

Host a Vida Playdate
Vida plans regular playdates for our clients to grow in relationship with each other and have the opportunity to mingle with Christians from our Church Partners over dinner. We're seeking churches to host events and provide a meal. Contact Tessa if interested.

Host a Vida Speaker
Executive Director Anne Tretinyak and other Vida staff regularly share Vida's mission and impact with the community. Vida speakers will gladly come to you, or your group can come to us! We also also give center tours and presentations. Schedule online here.
