Celebrate Park & Recreation Month


It's the final countdown... Park and Recreation Month starts next week! Here's to celebrating you, your staff, and engaging your community throughout the month of July. This Park and Recreation Month, unite and uplift the many reasons why local parks and recreation truly embody the essence of inclusion and acceptance. It's a chance for you to demonstrate why these spaces are "Where You Belong."

Side 1: What's New

Activities & Registration


  • We added text to the public side payment page letting the customer know that the payment amounts and number of payments will not be accurate on that page when a deposit is present.
  • We removed the Fixed Rate Days option in Advanced Activity Pricing Options (because it was a redundant feature) with Min and Max Days per week also available.
  • We added a team info description box that allows you to customize the text below Team Info on the public side.
  • We removed the Home Team option from the Practice type when creating a schedule to limit confusion about the fact that only one team can be scheduled for the practice type of schedule in a Team Sport activity.
  • An error was fixed if you have registrants in the guest account, the billing and notification emails were not exporting.
  • On an advanced activity with time slots, we took out the program name in the links at the bottom of the screen and made the Add/Delete options more obvious.
  • When processing a registration with no payment, we removed the payment notes box as they are connected to the transaction, and there is no transaction when there is no payment.


Memberships


  • We removed the Cancel button on the Disbursements page of a new membership length creation, within a membership, when no budget groups have been selected.


Point of Sale


  • We included the amount of scans that a barcoded product started with in the message, "This Barcode has reached its max scan limit of" when you try to scan a product with 0 scans left in the POS portal.


Email & Text Blasts


  • We added an option to send text blasts by reservation.


Facilities & Reservations


  • Great Update: We added a reservation maximum hours feature that functions similarly to the current minimum hours function on facility rentals and requests.
  • We added a resend a reservation request approval email link.


Reports


  • We added the word ‘Instructors’ (next to coaches) on the management and public side rosters.
  • If using Max Visit in a Standard Activity with a waitlist, if any participants were transferred onto the live roster, the max visits were not carried over to the registration. This was viewed on the Digital Sign In/Sign Out icon link, and has been fixed.
  • We added a reservation card hold report that is similar to the activity cart hold report and shows reservations being held in customer’s carts.


Misc


  • We added a link on the management homepage to the current Monthly Newsletter.
  • Some adjustments that could be either a discount or fee were titled “Discount”. We changed them all to “Adjustment”.

  • The Membership card order form has been updated to include a handy quote calculator, so you can tweak your order to suit your budget.
  • Shipping quotes will be sent after order submission. Our form is good, but not “access to UPS shipping prices” good, unfortunately. 
  • Our experienced Design Specialist will work with you to create a card design that reflects exactly what you need, in the most delightful way.
