After nearly four months of demanding undertakings, our office wrapped up drafting and negotiating a significant commercial lease for an adult day care client with yearly rent of about $600,000.


经过将近四个月的努力,本所为一个成人日托客户起草并谈判了一份年租金为陆拾万美金的合同。 

We represent defendant entities in a multi-million dollars' business lawsuit. Plaintiffs requested the court to deny all the counterclaims. We vigorously argued that plaintiffs' motion is time barred and without merit and legal basis. The judge denied plaintiff's motion to dismiss. 


我方代理被告实体参与了一起价值数百万美元的商业诉讼。原告向法院申请驳回所有反诉请求。我方以“原告动议早已超过诉讼中的某个动议时效,且缺乏法律依据”为由极力争辩。法院驳回了原告的驳回动议。


We represent a client for an arbitration with American Arbitration Association against her former employer for wrongful termination and just compensation for her stocks. Employer filed a motion to dismiss counts related to her stocks, reasoning that arbitration only covers employment and that her stocks are not employment. We argued among other things that the scope of arbitration in the arbitration agreement is broadly construed and that our client's stocks were granted as an incentive to retain the client's employment and compensate her underpaid salary, thus are related to the employment. The arbitrator agreed with us.


我方代理一位客户向美国仲裁协会针对其原雇主的不当解雇行为提起仲裁,并要求对其在雇主公司的股权进行合理赔偿。雇主针对仲裁的定义,并以“仲裁只包含雇佣事宜,并不包含她的股权” 为理由提起驳回动议请求。我方以 “仲裁协议里关于仲裁范围的解释应该是广义的,而在本案中客户得到公司股权的理由,是公司为保留客户的工作以及补偿她被公司支付低工资而造成的损失,故此股权的争议也属于仲裁的范围。仲裁员同意我方的说法。

On March 8, 2025, Attorney Connie Dai, as a board member, attended Civic Education Alliance's "Gambling Awareness Month" event at Sawyer Tower in Quincy, She joined Nina Liang, Quincy City Council and Ben Hires, President of Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center (BCNC), celebrating 12 community members' successful elimination of gambling addiction.
