Each of our four 1 bedroom 1 bath cottages are meticulously crafted with a farmhouse theme, exuding warmth, coziness, and timeless elegance.
Whether you are seeking a romantic hideaway, a solo adventure or need a monthly rental, our rustic cottages provide the perfect backdrop for your countryside escape.
Nestled within 10 acres of privately owned land, J&F’s Cottage Rentals offers an exclusive retreat just one mile from the Guadalupe River and Kai-Simone Winery and easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area.
We have three cottages that are monthly and are completely furnished including towels, linens, dishes, DIRECTV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and all bills paid. Each one has a covered front porch where you can sit and relax while watching the wildlife.
The 4th cottage is our newest addition, and it is exclusively on Airbnb listed as The Great Escape! It is available for weekend, weekly and monthly rental.
