Save Time, Use the Right Category Name for Agreements

When requesting a service purchase against an established agreement, use the Category Name of Services - For Agreement use only to ensure your Requisition doesn’t unnecessarily route for buyer approval.

This approval is not needed as it was already secured when the initial agreement was established.

This information is available in Step 5 of the Non-Catalog Purchasing instruction guide as well.

Tax-Free Alcohol Custodian Request Form in AggieLogistics

The Tax-Free Alcohol Custodian Request form has moved to AggieLogistics, under the Account Applications tile. Only authorized alcohol custodians can purchase ethanol; this form is used to request the addition of a new alcohol custodian or to remove an existing custodian from a department. The competed form automatically routes to the department head for approval.

The Tax-Free Alcohol Custodian Lookup is also now available in AggieLogistics, under the Lookups tile.

We hope the addition of the forms to AggieLogistics makes these processes a bit easier to complete.
