Dear Ellen,

It is hard to believe that it has been 2 years since the Dobbs Decision and the overturning of Roe v Wade! What has followed since has been an incredibly busy time here at BsideU, and we praise the Lord for each and every client He sends us. We are here to walk beside moms and dads with resources, encouragement, and the love of Christ as they welcome a new life into their home. God is at work and it is a blessing to be a part of what He is doing here in Louisville. Check out these ministry updates:

• Our Men's Ministry is reaching fathers daily. Read here about one father who recently came to us for help and support with his two young children.
• Last Saturday, we hosted a Summer Girls Day for moms that was a huge success! Read more here.
• Helping connect clients with resources and needed support outside of BsideU is the mission of Kaitlanne Burke, our Client Care Coordinator. Read more here about her passion to see clients grow in Christ and find needed resources to forge new pathways for their families.
• The Team Life Bike Ride is coming up on Saturday, August 10th at Southeast Christian Church. Click here for details and to register.

Praises:

• For the excellent turnout at last Saturday's Summer Girls Day.
• That our Scramble for Life was a success.
• For our new Intake Coordinator, Kaitlyn Pindak.
• For God's faithful provision of our ministry through our generous donors which enables us to provide services to clients at no cost.
• Praise God for all of the churches who participated in our Baby Bottle Campaign.
• For our faithful volunteers who serve in a variety of roles helping the ministry operate.
• That we have an incredible team of staff, volunteers, donors and supporters who join together to see babies saved and families impacted by the Gospel here in Louisville.

Prayer Requests:



• Pray for our Pregnancy Center clients to choose life for their babies and for open hearts to hear the Gospel.
• For the health and protection for our staff.
• Pray for our Nurses and Advocates in the Pregnancy Center, to have wisdom and discernment with each client they meet.
• Pray for our Executive Director, Monica, that her sabbatical has been one of rest and renewed vision for the ministry.
• Pray more fathers would come to pregnancy test and ultrasound appointments and be open to talking with our men's ministry advocates.
• Pray God would fill our staffing needs providing a Counselor and a Childcare Helper.
• Pray our Team Life Bike Ride will be an incredible event and raise funds needed for the ministry.
