SPECIAL NEWS AND INFORMATION

SERMON NOTES

Lent is the 40 day season in the life and rhythm of the church. It is a time set a part for prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that begins with Ash Wednesday and ends with the celebration of the risen Christ on Easter Sunday. However, Lent is also a time to reflect and see what can be changed about our own lives for the better. And this is where we find Daniel this week. After two weeks of dreams and seeking understanding, we come to the first year of the reign of Darius and Daniel offers up a prayer. So join us this Sunday as we explore the confession of Daniel, the faithfulness of God, and prayer as intercession for others.

May God Bless

Brandon
