The Environment Committee held a meeting to vote out bills yesterday, March 8th, at 10AM. The meeting was held in two parts, largely to work out issues related to a bill to create a ban on rodenticides, which ultimately does implement a ban, but the substitute language adopted enacts a substantial list of exempted entities.
