Dear Friends:

This week's bill report is available HERE
Environment Committee
Past: Week of March 4
The Environment Committee held a meeting to vote out bills yesterday, March 8th, at 10AM. The meeting was held in two parts, largely to work out issues related to a bill to create a ban on rodenticides, which ultimately does implement a ban, but the substitute language adopted enacts a substantial list of exempted entities. Watch Part I HERE and Part II HERE. Access the meeting Agenda HERE.
The Environment Committee held a public hearing yesterday, also in two parts, that lasted for more than 11 hours combined. You can access the public hearing materials at the following links:
Check out testimony provided by our own Keith Cagle, President of Friends of CT Sportsmen on House Bill 5355 An Act Concerning the Conservation of Certain Waters and Lands of the Upper Farmington River, by clicking on his image.

Keith doesn't disappoint!
