Effectual Evaluation Practices for Distance Education

Monday, July 22, 2024 | 1:00-2:00 p.m. Central

One significant challenge facing distance education supervisors and administrators involves monitoring and providing timely feedback to instructors. Adding to the challenge, typical formal evaluation forms/tools do not adequately reflect the fluid nature and unique elements of distance education. This webinar introduces 10 faculty performance indicators (FPI) and shares effective methods for observing online course elements, collecting summative data, and communicating feedback to online faculty in a positive and meaningful way.
