Hello, Chefs & Chef Wranglers,
Hope everyone is having a safe and happy 2024, so far!
For the 2024 season, we will continue the chef pop-up program, and I'm inviting you to be our featured Chef one week. We will schedule one chef for each Saturday of the season to serve and sell ready-to-eat foods that customers can either eat on-site or take home. This is a great opportunity to market and supplement your business/restaurant.
PRFM provides
- Free 10 x 10 Booth Space
- One Tent & Table (if requested)
- Chef included in newsletter and social media posts
- Access to power available
Chefs
- Purchase ingredients from PRFM farmers and producers
- Include PRFM in their marketing emails and social media posts
- Send PRFM menu in advance for approval to ensure we don't duplicate market products. (I.E. pizza, tamales, empanadas, BLTs, Shakshuka etc)
- May provide recipe cards and/or do a short demo (not required)
- May sell their value-added products if they don't directly compete with market vendors.
- Are welcome to offer preorders in advance of the market.
- Set up by 7:30 am and remains open until noon even if sold out early.
- Are responsible for removing your trash. We have a dumpster onsite.
