Nurturing Growth in God's Word
Greetings!
Praise the Lord for January!

Praise God for what He has given us to grow to maturity​ in life. At all times, the Spirit is persuasive and giving the opportunity to those who are increasingly hungry for His Word.
We praise Him for a joyful time together by gathering to study His Word about stewardship. The seminar on God’s Financial Principles (GFP) in Oddar Meanchey province, Anlong Veng district, had 39 participants from 8 churches in the north of Cambodia.

Testimony
From God’s Financial Principles seminar in Along Veng, on January 30-31, 2024:

"I am a farmer. We do not have much income, and we do not have much knowledge on how to use money. We are not aware that all we have belongs to God, and we are unsure of what God gives us every day. Therefore, we use money as we please. My wife is one of those people who spends more than I do; she always buys without thinking. Today's lesson is very important. I never knew or feared debt until the seminar today, which taught me a lot. I will take this knowledge and teach it to my family. I will start implementing spending plans and managing expenses by recording all expenses. Thank you, CCI Cambodia, for bringing this to us."

Prayer Requests & Praises
Thank you for your continued prayers! We praise the Lord for another month of serving Him on the mission field through equipping church.

·      Pray for those who attended a Teacher Training Workshop (TTW) in Battambang province on February 6-7, 2024. Please pray that more classes will be opened in the next few months through these new teachers. 

·      Pray for Rotha, who is planting a new church in a village located south of Siem Reap. Rotha is dedicated to spreading the Gospel in the flood-prone villages. Please pray for those who are laying the foundation of the church on water and preparing to build it. It costs approximately $5,000 to use bamboo as a raft before constructing the roof.

·      Pray for Meas Sat as he travelling twice per month to training a class in Tany, KamPot.

·      Pray for our teachers: for the wisdom to equip the saints for the work of ministry.

·      Pray for the country of Cambodia: it’s government, its leaders, its students, it’s future, and pray for the local churches that we work with to grow IN CHRIST. 

·      Please pray that God raises up new trainers and coordinators to meet the need of the Gospel in Cambodia.
