RBC Heritage Information for Property Owners | |
The 57th annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, South Carolina’s only Signature PGA TOUR event, will take place in Sea Pines from April 14-20, 2025. Sea Pines CSA will be providing information regarding Heritage hangtags, trolley schedules, and additional information on Friday, March 7, via email and on our website.

Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project Update | |
The final phase of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is nearing completion.
- Last week, roadway paving operations were completed, with an impressive total of 1,100 tons of asphalt being laid down in just three days! Crews will return after the necessary curing period to complete permanent line striping.
- Leisure trail line striping (pictured), site clean up and restoration is in progress.

Maintenance Projects & Services | |
Lagoon Tree Trimming in the areas of Beach Lagoon Road, North Live Oak Road, and Sea Pines Drive is in progress and will continue through next week.
Roadside Tree Trimming along Plantation Drive, from Stoney Baynard Ruins to Lighthouse Road, will begin next week.
Stormwater Maintenance: A stormwater pipe repair at beachwalk #39 will begin next week.

Repairing Damaged Utility Boxes in Sea Pines | |
Damaged utility boxes, such as those for electricity or cable, can negatively impact the curb appeal and overall appearance of a community. Our Community Standards team is working with local utility companies, to ensure the timely repair or replacement of these damaged boxes in Sea Pines. By addressing these concerns and holding the utility companies accountable, we can help preserve the visual aesthetics of our community.

Daylight Saving Time Reminder: Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 2:00 AM. On Saturday night, set your clocks forward one hour (i.e., losing one hour) to “spring forward”. This is also a good time to check/change batteries in your smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and weather radios.
