Haim Israel

Global Strategist, Head of Global Thematic Investing Research, Bank of America


Haim Israel is a Managing Director and Global Strategist who heads up the Global Thematic Research team. Prior to this, Israel was the head of Bank of America’s EEMEA Technology, Media and Telecommunication Research team. For the past four years, Israel and team have been ranked first in the Thematic Research and ESG – Integrated Climate Change teams in the Institutional Investor Extel Global Survey. Sara Amanda O'Keane

100 Women in Finance Dublin Committee


Sara Amanda is a c-suite banking and investment management executive passionate about innovation in shaping the future of finance. She is an authority on the usage of AI in lending and investment decision-making and the confluence of AI and sustainability. Sara Amanda has advised and trained boards and executive teams of tier 1 banks and investment managers globally regarding AI strategy, data governance, financial risk and sustainability. She has also advised regulators, governments, and other policy makers regarding the key risks and impacts such critical matters present. Sara-Amanda is a certified Board Director in the USA (NACD.DC), holds a CFA in ESG investing and has completed executive programmes in Fintech with Oxford University, Strategy in the Age of Digital Distribution with INSEAD, High Performance Leadership with IMD and Executive Risk Management with Yale University.


David Lee

Partner and CTO, PwC Ireland


David Lee is the CTO for PwC Ireland with over thirty years experience supporting clients, both locally and internationally, on the evaluation of new technologies and the planning and execution of technology enabled change programmes. In addition to his client service roles David has also been part of PwC Ireland's Digital Transformation Leadership team which over the last five years has overseen a move to cloud based technologies, the digital enablement of services and more recently the planning and adoption of GenAI based technologies.


Orla Jones

Director, Global Corporate & Investment Banking Credit, Bank of America


Orla is a Director in Global Corporate & Investment Banking Credit for Bank of America in Dublin, leading the credit management of a portfolio of French and Iberian corporate clients. Orla joined Bank of America in 2019 and prior to that worked for Bank of Ireland for 14 years including a 4-year secondment to New York. Orla is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin completing a BESS degree and earning a BBS in Finance. She also completed ACCA exams and has recently concluded a course on Responsible and Sustainable Finance at the Institute of Bankers. Orla lives in Dublin and is a member of the steering committee for 100 Women in Finance, Dublin.
