US 67 CLOSURES
Starting Tuesday, May 21, 2024, weather permitting, TxDOT will work nights to install beams and deck panels over US 67/Cockrell Hill Road. Expect detours to the service road in both directions between Danieldale Road and Wheatland Road. The work will be done between nights from 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM until completed.

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
SALARY RANGE
*Salary is dependent upon education and experience.*
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred), in Human Resources Management, or a related field, and six (6) years of related work experience. Work experience must include at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in HR. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be accepted on a year-for-year basis. The total qualifying equivalent combination is ten (10) years.

IT DIRECTOR
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and ten (10) years of related work experience. Fifteen (15) or more years of related work experience and applicable certifications can be substituted for the required education requirement.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education: Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a similar field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.

A Juneteenth Pop-Up Gallery

Artists from all the Best Southwest cities are welcome to submit their works for consideration. You may submit works in painting, photography, printmaking, sculpting, mixed media, and illustration. The theme of the exhibition is JUNETEENTH.
Artists may submit links to works, without charge. Members of the Duncanville Arts Commission will then select artwork to go into the show. Please, share your work with us.
