CACCE - All Things Chamber Webinar Series
|

CACCE is pleased to partner with Teri Smiley and Starfish Partnerships for our All Things Chamber Webinar Series. This is perfect for new staff members or a refresher for current staff.
The All Things Chamber bundle provides pre-recorded material, averaging a hour per module, plus downloadable notes pages of the slides and additional PDF documents. Participating chambers will have access to the website through December 2025.
The fee for the program is $195 per chamber. CLICK HERE to register. Participating chambers will also be invited to a private Facebook group for Q&A and connecting with fellow chamber members across the country.

We support and amplify the voice of economic leaders and build the business case for clean energy investment and innovation. The Chamber is excited to welcome Military Executive Fellow, Jason Colón to their staff. Colón dedicated nearly 33 years of service to the U.S. Air Force, culminating in his retirement in the summer of 2023. In his role as Military Executive Fellow, he will work closely with the Senior Director of Military Affairs to support veteran transition initiatives, establish the Military Advisory Council, work with defense industry partners and support initiatives that improve the quality of life for those in active duty, the veteran populations and their respective spouses and dependents.

We are excited to share the AI for SMBs Conference on September 17 in Summerville, SC, held in partnership with the Chamber. Hosted by GCM, Summerville's Small Business of the Year 2023, whose CEO Zach Giglio many of you saw present at our annual conference in October. Zach is also a faculty member at the U.S. Chamber Institute for Organization Management on AI and has worked with and trained multiple chambers across the country on AI and understands our operations and goals. Greenwood Chamber
The 2025 Women’s Leadership Upstate Conference, a shared effort of the Greenwood, SC Women’s Leadership Collaborative (WLC) and the Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Friday, March 21st, 2025, at the South Main Baptist Church in Greenwood, SC. The purpose of this conference is to offer leadership learning and networking opportunities to women that will inspire, empower, and motivate them to achieve their personal and professional goals. The conference will feature a keynote speaker, panels, workshop sessions, a Networking Exhibitor Showcase, and a schedule that includes catered breakfast and lunch. The Chamber is pleased to welcome Sydney Trexler Murphy as our new Membership Services & Marketing Manager. Murphy comes to the Chamber with experience in health care marketing positions and is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. She is a native of Rowan County and is married.
The 10th Annual Rowan Chamber Dragon Boat Festival will be held on Sat., July 27, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at The Shrine Club on High Rock Lake (6480 Long Ferry Road, Salisbury, NC). The actual Dragon Boat Races are the highlight of the festival, which features up to 30 teams paddling across a 300-meter course on water, each team is placed in three heat races determined by category and speed (corporate, community/non-profit or club team). South Carolina Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Bob Morgan recently announced his resignation after serving in the role for over three years. Mike Brenan, a former Chairperson of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, will serve as interim president and CEO while the board conducts a comprehensive search for Morgan’s permanent successor.

The Chamber is hosting a Talent and Workforce Development Event on Thursday, September 12, from 7:30 – 9:30 am at Lumina on Wrightsville Beach. Gain crucial insights and strategies for navigating the modern workforce landscape while connecting with like-minded professionals and leaders. We are excited to feature Kamber Parker as our keynote speaker. Kamber, recognized as the Young Professional of the Year by the Greenville Chamber in 2021, awarded Small Business of the Year in 2022, and honored with the SC Women In Business Award, is the founder of The YoPro Know.
