Our Refugee Support Group Receives MLK Unity Award

The Refugee Support Group being recognized for their " impactful efforts to families and individuals from regions facing dangerous living conditions. Over the past eight years, the group has provided unvaluable support helping newcomers find housing education, healthcare and addressing various other basic needs. Their tireless work has significantly contributed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for immigrants in Watertown. " Watertown MLK Unity Breakfast January 15,2024

We look forward to honoring this day and celebrating the Black/African American History of the day the Emancipation Proclamation was heard by enslaved peoples in Houston, Texas.

Weekly Vigil Peace and Common Security Working Group

Join us on Saturdays in Watertown Square from 12 noon to 1:00 PM under the banners - "Let Gaza Live" "Permanent CEASEFIRE in Gaza and Palestine". Bring a sign or make one when you arrive. If it is raining or snowing we will not gather for the vigil.
