Staying in one position and doing repetitive motions can increase the risk of strain, stress, and injury. That’s why mobility and flexibility training can prove so vital for maintaining health and safety. See below for some quick tips on how to improve your mobility and even increase your quality of life. 

Unlock Your Mobility for Better Health & Ease of Movement 

1. Adopt a Quick Stretch Routine: Before activity, give yourself just 5 minutes to reduce stiffness, prevent injury, and increase range of motion.
2. Breathe: Breathe through your stretches, inhaling and exhaling with controlled breathing. 
3. Use Alarms & Timers: Setting a quick reminder through your phone can help keep you on track with your mobility goals. Also helpful is a timer to ensure you keep the routine to a manageable time.  
4. Mind Your Posture: Mobility is greatly impacted by your posture throughout the day. Whether in a chair or on your feet, consider a posture that gives better alignment for your back & neck.
