A Fond Farewell to the Levensons
This past Sunday, we said farewell to the Rev. Dr. Russell J. Levenson, Jr. and his wife, Laura Levenson. It was a wonderful day, full of events celebrating Dr. Levenson's 17 years as our Rector.

Celebrate the Holy Spirit and Birth of the Church
Whitsunday
Parishioners are encouraged to wear red, which signifies the power of the Holy Spirit represented by tongues of flames resting upon the Apostles. Red velvet cupcakes, honoring the birth of the Church, will be served in the breezeways after every morning service.

Pentecost is a particularly auspicious day to be baptized. Those interested in being baptized at St. Martin’s are encouraged to register for the May 11 Baptism Instruction Class at bit.ly/smecbaptism.

Nashville Mission Trip

This summer, the students and their leaders will head to Nashville for a week-long mission dedicated to help local elderly, children and underserved people. “Week of Hope” participants will serve the nonprofit Group Missions team through Jesus-centered programs that combine work, fun and worship.

June 15 – 22
Open to students who are currently in 6th–12th grade.
Passion Camp
Middle and high school students completing grades 7–12 in May are invited to join the Student Ministries leaders in Florida for four days of worship, teaching and community service. Meet Christian teens from around the country in worship, music, fun and foundational conversations about being disciples of Christ.
