Meet master's student, Cora Wiens, founding member of Eadha Co-op

"I have applied all of the content in the Master's program directly to the work I do in my worker co-op bakery. The courses have clearly been designed to build off each other and methodically grow our understanding of co-operatives. Using the assignments to think strategically about my co-op, I have been able to spend my study time identifying and mapping out potential solutions to issues that my colleagues and I face in our work. Starting this program in the first year of launching our co-op is one of the best things I could have done to contribute to the longevity and well-being of our co-op."

Eadha Co-op is queer bakery and worker co-op conversion founded in 2023.
