Hello Michael,

One of the greatest movies of all time is the "Nativity Story" where Mary (Keisha Castle-Hughes) and Joseph (Oscar Isaac) portrayed what I feel was the greatest portrayal of the struggle of the couple and they prepared for the greatest birth of all time.... our Lord Jesus Christ. May you all be blessed this Christmas!

Unfortunately this Christmas we have so many soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines deployed around the world and especially in the Middle East. Please keep them all in your prayers as they spend this Christmas away from their families. This is also a time where many of our veterans struggle and can use your prayers. Please also pray for the so many dedicated chaplains out there that minister to their needs.

Latest Developments

We are so grateful for our partners at Pointman Leadership Institute who have extended substantial funding for SMI to build a Conference Booth and our SMI Production Studio. Both projects are well underway.

We also have media production in progress to enhance our Virtual Leadership and Ethics Course which will launch 1 February- 5 March 2024

Registration will begin next month

Christian Matters

We are in the process of building an SMI Production Studio and begin a program called Christian Matters to provide reaction videos and new content to address social matters and providing a Christian perspective. We will primarily focus on issues that are most important for veterans and first responders nationally and around the world. We would like to thank Doug Stauffer for giving SMI space to build the studio at Faith Independent Baptist Church in Niceville, Florida.

Content will be provided on most social media platforms. Construction ongoing and expected to be completed in January 2024.
