6 p.m. Gates open

7 p.m. Target Jumping begins

Human Dog Sled Race begins immediately after Target Jumping


Saturday, February 3

Admission $15 (Children 12 and under free)

8 a.m. Small hills open for practice

9:30 a.m. Junior Competition on 20M and 30M hills

11 a.m. - Noon 65M open for practice

1 p.m. Salisbury Invitational Ski Jumping 65m

8-11:30 p.m. Snow Ball Fundraiser at the Lakeville Town Grove. Live Music by the Steve Dunn Band, raffle, and more. 

$20 entry fee. 12 and under free.



Sunday, February 4

Admission $15 (Children 12 and under free)

11 a.m. - Noon 65M Hill open for practice

1 p.m. Eastern U.S. Ski Jumping Championships

The eastern division Junior National Team will be named after Sunday's competition.

Senior Nutrition Program at the

Senior Center


Lunches will be served at the Senior Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 12:00pm starting Oct. 4. The suggested donation is $5.00 those 65 & up, $6.50 for those under 65.


Reservations are required at least 24-hours in advance.

Salisbury Senior Center Knitting & Crochet Club


WHERE: The Salisbury Senior Center at the Town Grove, 42 Ethan Allen St., Lakeville


WHEN: Mondays From 1:00-3:00pm – Starting October 16th, 2023


WHO: Knitters And Crocheters Of All Levels Welcome. Beginners

Should Bring Size 8 Knitting Needles And Worsted Weight Yarn.


WHAT: Bring Project You Are Working On Or Start A New One. Coffee and Tea will be provided. Meet other seniors from the area.

Cost: This is a FREE program.

Ping Pong at the

Senior Center


Adult ping pong will meet at the Senior Center will meet on Wednesdays from 1:30-3:30pm. It is recommended that all participants are fully vaccinated.  


Anyone not vaccinated can participate but must wear a mask.

Salisbury Senior Services will be offering the AARP Tax Aide program at the Salisbury Senior Center at the Town Grove, 42 Ethan Allen St, Lakeville. Volunteers trained by AARP and certified by the IRS will be available to assist those 60 and older, and low- income residents with the preparation and filing of all tax forms free of charge. All tax returns will be e-filed which can reduce the wait time for refunds. This year we will again be operating using a drop off and pick up model. This service will be available on Wednesdays, February 14 through April 10, 2024 by appointment only. Please contact Lisa McAuliffe, Director of Senior Services at 860-435-5186 to schedule an appointment.

Connecticut Energy Assistance Available


Fuel assistance applications are currently being taken for fuel deliveries made between November 1, 2023 and April 1, 2024. Households heating with electric and households with heat included in rent are also eligible to apply.


You may qualify for fuel assistance if your income is under -

2/ $54,338; 3/ $67,124; 4/ $79,910

Salisbury Family Services Sends Children to Camp


Salisbury Family Services, a local non-profit organization, serving residents of the Town of Salisbury, will provide scholarships to summer camp for the children of qualifying families. Assistance is given for resident and day camps, special needs, arts and sports camps.
