TSDC is thrilled to be heading to the
Republic Bank Performing Arts Center
for our 2024 Recitals!
We are currently working on all the behind the scenes organization. In order to make the show a great experience and successful for the dancers we need your help!
Every volunteer at the recital is an important person.
We have lots of duties available. The dancers' main dressing area is in the cafeteria. If you have not been to the theater, there is a bit of a walk to get to the backstage area of Stage Left where all dancers will make their entrances.
Oh, and the floor can be slippery in the hallway,
so of course no running! Especially in tap shoes!
Quite a few dancers have 'quick changes'. With the number of dancers who will need to 'preset' backstage on Stage Right, we are going to have faculty and fellow dancers take care of those quick changes on Stage Right. For safety reasons, the theater limits the amount of people in that area during a performance. We will have areas in the hallway for other costume changes, which helping moms will be needed for assisting the dancers.
How do I sign-up?
Simply reply to this email with your
full name and indicate the recital(s)
that you can provide assistance.

During the rehearsals there will be
a sign-up sheet available.
When can I help?
We need help at ALL 3 recitals.
Friday 6pm Levels Kinder, 1 m 2
Saturday 12pm Levels Pre-K 3&4
Saturday 3pm Levels 3 and up
You'd need to arrive 1 hour prior to show time.
