The event will feature activities that include but are not limited to an Ice Cream Pawlour, Pet Pantry Bone Bar, Sniffari, Doggie Beer Garden, Dog Lovers Lure Coursing and back again this year are two scavenger hunts hosted by Rock Paper Scissors Custom Events.

From Loneliness to Connection: Learning & Healing with Experts from Silver Hill

Loneliness is by no means a modern or unfamiliar concept, but in recent years it has been declared an epidemic, crossing generations, countries, and cultures. What happened? Today, loneliness comes in many forms, not all of them visible to the naked eye, yet all of them impactful to our physical and mental health, emotional wellbeing, and ability to accomplish and thrive. This frank, informative conversation with experts from Silver Hill Hospital will explain why loneliness has become so prevalent, what it can look like, and discuss practical ideas for cultivating a life of meaning and connection.

New Canaan Food Revolution

The New Canaan Food Revolution, founded by Jamie Oliver returns for a 9th year on Saturday, May 18th between 9.30–11:45am.



Enjoy a morning strolling downtown and sampling bites to eat at different locations. Earn a stamp for everything you taste, if you complete your passport then you will be entered into a prize draw. EVERYONE receives a bravery certificate.

Registration is located at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, where you can enjoy live music. ALL proceeds from ticket sales will be given to The Sunshine Kids - a non-profit organization

dedicated to helping children with cancer.

The New Canaan Food Revolution focuses on our relationship with food, promoting being adventurous and igniting a passion for families to stroll downtown. It's a fun community event for a great cause.

Please join us for an important conversation about domestic violence – New Canaan’s invisible crisis. Moderated by New Canaan’s Abuse Prevention Partnership founder, Dede Bartlett, a panel of expert professionals will discuss how we can better understand and move forward on New Canaan’s invisible crisis. The panel will feature author and advocate Michelle Horton, Dr. Andrew Gerber of Silver Hill Hospital, Suzanne Adam, Chief Executive Officer of the

Domestic Violence Crisis Center, Stamford, and

Connecticut State Representative, Tom O’Dea. 

At the end of the presentation, light refreshment will be provided as we create a collaborative craft that honors our commitment to support survivors and continuously shines a light on the

reality of domestic violence, in all its forms.
