Spring Sacraments.! That is something big that is going on at Saint Charles these past few weeks. 22 adults became Catholic at the Easter Vigil. Eight of them were baptized. Last weekend there I had a wedding here on Saturday and then three baptisms Sunday morning at the 8 AM mass and then Bishop Ramon was with us for 40 confirmations at the 10 AM mass. Lots of power and love and joy and the Holy Spirit! Tomorrow at 10 AM we have 40 first communions and then I have some more baptisms and then a wedding at the Immaculata. And this Sunday after the morning masses, I have some more baptisms :-)! Sometimes I don’t even know what day it is. And sometimes I don’t know what country I am in like when I come back (in a daze) from a semi-long trek from Medjugorje in Bosnia/Herzegovina. Come Holy Spirit and help us keep it all straight.

Speaking of Medjugorje. I am in my initial planning to lead a pilgrimage to Italy/Medjugorje next March probably leaving from San Diego on St. Patrick’s Day. I know there are a lot of people who want to go and I am excited! 

I was blessed to be on TV while in Medjugorje. They asked me to celebrate and preach a mass at Saint James Catholic Church there and every mass is broadcast on Mary TV. It is just so powerful how seriously they take God and broadcast the daily mass on national/international television. About three hours after the mass I had already received an email from Ireland from someone thanking me for the homily. Pretty cool stuff! Some of you have told me that I need to get this homily out to as many people as possible so here it is: LINK
