Rising Tide Opens Additional Enrollment Period for the 2024-2025 School Year

Rising Tide has opened an additional enrollment period for the 2024-2025 school year. This additional enrollment period is open now through Friday, May 10, 2024. The school currently has limited seats available for grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 and is therefore accepting applications for only those grades. Interested families can apply online here or download an application here.

Enrollment applications are due by Friday, May 10, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. All applicants, including siblings of current students, must submit the one-page application by the deadline to be eligible for enrollment.

Rising Tide currently has waiting lists in grades 5-8, determined through the Primary Enrollment Lottery held on February 15, 2024; therefore the school is not able to accept applications for grades 5-8 in this additional enrollment period. If necessary, Rising Tide will conduct an additional enrollment lottery for applicants for grades 9-12 in a virtual public forum from the school on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Seniors, Please Share Your Future Plans

Announcements might include college acceptances and intended majors or other final post-Tide plans. Rising Tide Hosts PhotoVoice Exhibition

This past Saturday, Rising Tide hosted a PhotoVoice Exhibition for upper school students from Rising Tide. The 14 Rising Tide students who participated are a part of Rising Tide's PhotoVoice Club. PhotoVoice is a youth-centered approach that engages students to help prevent underage and problem gambling. Students received education on social justice, advocacy, public speaking, and gambling. They then applied this knowledge to capture photographs and engage in group reflections to create a call to action around underage gambling. During the event on Saturday, students presented their photos, captions, and community action plan.
