President's Message

I would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to the 11 new FL CCIM Chapter Designees who joined our esteemed ranks during the 2024 Midyear Governance Meetings in Nashville. A special thank you to Lee Nimkoff, CCIM, our VP of Administration, for her efforts in orchestrating a truly memorable Pinning Dinner. Over 40 members joined in the festivities. The evening was filled with heartfelt “words of wisdom”, shared experiences and camaraderie. Welcome to the FL CCIM Chapter family!

The governance meetings were informative as we discussed important business that will affect the future of the CCIM Institute. It is always exciting to connect with long-time colleagues and forge new professional relationships. Be on the lookout for the launch of a nationwide campaign, promoting awareness to the importance of a CCIM Designee.
