THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR THE NEW STAIRS!

A very kind and generous donor (who wishes to remain anonymous) was responsible for the AMAZING stairs when the students returned from Christmas Break. The stairs are already being used so much that the students don't know what they ever did without them and, without a doubt, they will be used for many, many more years to come!

Thank YOU for all you do for St. Luke's and to ALL our donors who put so much back into our great school! We are extremely thankful for your support.

We won't remember the days, but we will remember the moments! It's always a fun day when yearbooks are distributed and we get to look back on great memories made together!

JAPONICA GERM DETECTORS

K5 used their germ detectors to locate germs hidden throughout the science lab as a way to learn that germs can live anywhere and to recognize places and objects where germs can live and hide! Now that they see that germs are everywhere, they understand the importance of hand-washing!

CHANGES THAT MATTER

Mrs. Perez's 8th-grade physical science class has learned about physical and chemical changes. Using what they know, they performed a lab and described four substances based on their properties and the changes they undergo.

Mrs. Cummings' art students are working on an altered art project....altering books!
