Things are beginning to shape up for our two speculative buildings! Both the 150K sqft building in our Florence-Lauderdale Industrial Park as well as the 250K sqft building in our Shoals Research Airpark are nearing completion. We are ready to continue marketing these buildings and to recruit great opportunities for our citizens.
Progress is also moving along at the Florence-Advantage Site! This site is a recipient of granting from both the SEEDs Act from the State of Alabama and the InvestPrep program from TVA Economic Development. Trees are beginning to be cut, as shown in the pictures below.
