Computer Aided Dispatch now covered under NG911 funding for local fire dispatch

Base funding for Next Generation 911 funding programs has been expanded to include Computer Aided Dispatch systems (or agents) specifically for local fire dispatch. This applies to the 2023 and 2025 funding intakes.

Webinar on Cybersecurity for local governments


Local government elected officials and staff (including those without technical expertise) are invited to attend a webinar on local government cybersecurity issues on April 1, 9am-noon PDT. The webinar will cover available resources, building a cybersecurity program, and managing a cyber breach.
