University Procurement Services is excited to announce new partnerships with Giftogram and Perfect Gift, providing a secure, efficient, and user-friendly way to purchase gift cards from top brands. As a result, Giftogram and Perfect Gift will replace Blackhawk Networks Inc., offering a broader selection and greater flexibility for users.

Rutgers has renewed its partnership with ODP (formerly Office Depot) to enhance office supply, furniture, and print services, including:

• Significant savings on 3,500+ punchout SKUs
• Expanded options in print services, furniture, and department shopping lists

Additionally, ODP continues to support Rutgers through sustainability initiatives, student placement opportunities, and employee discount programs.

Coming Soon! Access the Henry Schein Catalog Exclusively Through Labviva

On Monday, March 31, 2025, the standalone Henry Schein catalog in RU Marketplace will move under the Labviva purchasing platform within RU Marketplace. From this date forward, all purchases with Henry Schein must be made within the Labviva punchout in RU Marketplace. This transition is part of the continued effort to consolidate Rutgers Health and Research supply needs into one purchasing platform powered by Labviva.

Upcoming Service Satisfaction Survey - Miller's Rentals

We will conduct a service satisfaction survey for our contracted provider, Miller’s Rentals, to gather feedback on your experience. The survey is scheduled for release in April.
