New Group for Dads of Children with DD - "Pathways for Pops"
There is a new group for dads who have a child with a developmental disability. This past winter the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities saw a need to create unity among dads of children with a disability and issued a grant to the Down Syndrome Association of North East Ohio to create the statewide "Pathways For Pops" program.
Pathways for Pops will meet at Fatheads Head’s Brewery on Wednesday, June 19 for a night of good food and great company! The Down Syndrome Association of North East Ohio will provide appetizers and soft drinks, but dads will be responsible for any alcoholic drinks they may want to purchase.
